Approved projects can use Stripe-hosted Checkout for launch payments, agreed installments, and recurring care. The final amount, recurrence, cancellation terms, and applicable policies are shown before authorization. Full card or bank credentials are entered with Stripe, not in the Studio request form.

Current payment status

After Breauti signs and the client then signs the same agreement version, the client workspace provides the completed signed PDF and the exact Stripe-hosted payment step. Depending on the agreement, that step may cover a one-time launch payment, scheduled launch-cost installments, a separately approved one-time charge for substantial additional work, and a separate recurring ongoing-care subscription. Sending a project request alone does not create an order or transmit payment information. A later pricing proposal does not change an executed agreement unless Breauti signs the proposed version and the client then accepts it. A recurring-care price or interval change is prospective and first applies at the next eligible renewal stated in the signed replacement agreement; it does not silently reprice an already paid service period.

Before authorization, Breauti provides the legal business identity, service description, currency, total or calculable price, applicable taxes and material third-party costs, fulfillment approach, recurring-charge terms, cancellation method, and support channel for the specific transaction.

Never send full card numbers, security codes, online-banking credentials, or passwords through email, the local request draft, or an unverified form.

Education Site Package

For an eligible individual or small school, childcare program, church, after-school center, or other small education-focused organization, the standard Education Site Package is $600 USD to launch plus required ongoing care priced at $65 USD per month. The signed agreement may instead state an exact yearly care amount. The $65 monthly rate is introductory startup pricing for eligible small organizations. The launch fee and ongoing care are one package; the $600 launch is not offered as a stand-alone purchase without the care plan.

Each ongoing care plan includes only the maintenance, security work, support, fixes, revisions, and improvements stated in its signed agreement. An essential-care plan may exclude new features and routine content changes. Migration from an existing platform and Cloudflare domain work are included only when stated in the project scope; a client-controlled app may instead use its own publisher, cloud, and payment accounts. Domain registration, renewal, transfer, premium-name, registry, business-email, and other provider charges are separate unless expressly included. Substantial new work requires a separate quote and approval before it begins.

When a site or app uses Firebase, the client must maintain a client-controlled Google Cloud Billing account and valid payment method for that project before production launch. Firebase usage charges, if any, are billed separately by the provider and are not included in the launch fee or required ongoing care unless the accepted order expressly says otherwise.

As Breauti grows, serves more clients, and develops a longer operating record, introductory pricing and standard care-plan limits may change for new agreements. A signed client's rate and included care remain unchanged through the current service term. Breauti may propose a different price or materially different care terms for a future renewal only after advance notice. The change will not take effect unless the client affirmatively accepts it; if the client declines or does not accept, care ends at the close of the current term under the cancellation, pause, and migration process.

The $600 launch cost may be paid in full, and payment plans are available to eligible individuals and small organizations. The written offer will state the installment amount, schedule, due dates, total launch cost, consequences of missed payments, and whether delivery milestones depend on payment. Required ongoing care remains separate and follows the exact billing interval stated in the signed agreement and Stripe Checkout.

Larger or more complex education organizations receive a tailored launch and ongoing-care quote instead of the standard small-organization package price. Factors may include multiple locations, unusual roles or permissions, data migration, custom workflows, integrations, security or compliance requirements, and the amount of ongoing support.

Custom projects and quotes

A straightforward custom website for a solo professional or very small business will typically be offered at $600 USD to launch plus required ongoing care priced at $25 USD per month. The signed agreement may instead state an exact yearly care amount. The $25 monthly rate is introductory startup pricing for eligible focused small sites. The written offer will identify what is included before the client accepts and pays.

For an existing website that does not need a rebuild, Breauti may offer a separate Website Maintenance service starting at $50 USD per month. The service can cover routine updates, fixes, security checks, backups, content changes, and small improvements. Breauti reviews the current site first, confirms the included scope and recurring terms in writing, and then provides the secure Stripe-hosted payment step.

Mobile apps, portals, dashboards, advanced capabilities, uncommon integrations, substantial commerce or content requirements, larger teams, larger organizations, and other complex digital experiences receive a tailored quote. A quote may use a fixed fee, milestones, time-based work, recurring care, third-party charges, or a combination.

Unless the written offer expressly includes them, domain registration or renewal, business email, and Firebase usage are separate third-party costs. For Firebase-backed work, the client must maintain the client-controlled billing account and valid payment method required for the production project.

Unless the written offer says otherwise, a quote is valid only for the period stated and is based on the described assumptions. Added requirements, changed dependencies, unavailable client materials, additional revision rounds, expedited work, or new compliance needs may require a written change and additional fee.

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless the offer expressly states another currency. Applicable sales, use, value-added, withholding, or similar taxes will be disclosed or handled as required. Each party is responsible for its own income taxes.

Authorization, recurring care, and records

Breauti uses Stripe-hosted Checkout for supported online payments. Breauti receives transaction identifiers, payment status, customer and billing details, and limited payment-method information such as method type, brand, and last four digits—not full card numbers or security codes. Stripe's secure interface, not the Studio request form, collects payment credentials.

Before a recurring charge begins, the checkout or order form will identify the amount or method for calculating it, billing interval, start date, material renewal terms, how to cancel, and the effect of cancellation. The client must provide express authorization. A receipt or durable confirmation will identify the transaction and applicable terms.

Clients are responsible for accurate billing details and authorized payment methods. A failed or disputed payment does not erase fees already earned or costs already committed. Breauti may pause work or ongoing services after reasonable notice where the engagement permits, subject to applicable law and a reasonable opportunity to resolve an error.

The client workspace shows project and agreement status and, after payment activity exists, applicable subscription or installment status, invoices or payment history, and billing actions. Stripe's customer portal provides supported invoice, receipt, payment-method, and subscription-cancellation controls. A customer may use that online portal to stop future renewal without a retention conversation. Hosting, migration, and handoff choices remain coordinated through the Studio workspace, but that separate service transition does not delay a valid request to stop renewal.

Refunds, corrections, and payment disputes

The accepted proposal or order form will state the refund rules for the project. Unless that document gives a more favorable right and subject to mandatory law:

  • A duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrectly calculated charge will be investigated and corrected when verified.
  • Once project work begins, launch or build payments—including an initial payment and launch installments already paid—are non-refundable because they pay for reserved capacity, planning, design, engineering, and other work performed or committed. This does not limit a verified billing correction, Breauti's responsibility for work it does not provide, a more favorable signed term, or a non-waivable legal right.
  • A client who keeps ongoing care through the current paid billing period receives service through that period and does not receive a refund for it. A client who chooses an immediate end receives a prorated refund of the recurring-care price actually paid for the unused portion of that period.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original method where practical; bank and provider processing times may affect when funds appear.

Contact support@breauti.com before filing a chargeback so Breauti can investigate an error, unless doing so would compromise a legal right or urgent fraud report. This request does not extend a card-network, bank, or legal deadline.

Cancellation and consumer rights

Breauti is committed to making cancellation easy to find and complete. A client can stop future automatic renewal through the clearly labeled Stripe-hosted billing control in the applicable workspace, without a retention conversation. If that control is unavailable, the client may use the workspace service control or email support@breauti.com. Breauti may require reasonable authentication to protect the account, but will not require an unrelated extra step before honoring a valid cancellation.

The client may choose either of two outcomes. End at the close of the paid period: Breauti care continues through that period, future renewal stops, and no current-period refund is due. End now: Breauti care and future billing stop with the authenticated immediate-cancellation request, and Breauti provides a prorated refund of the recurring-care price actually paid for the unused time. There is no cancellation fee. Payment-provider processing time can delay when the refund appears. Whether a public product remains available depends on who controls its hosting and the signed project agreement.

When care ends, Breauti's maintenance, security work, updates, monitoring, revisions, and support end. A Breauti-hosted product may be deactivated under the signed agreement; ending care does not by itself disable or delete a client-controlled app-store listing, cloud project, payment account, repository, or data. Active paid transactions should be safely completed, refunded, or transferred as the agreement requires. Breauti may retain only its own inactive working copies for a stated transition period before removal, subject to the signed agreement, legally required records, and ordinary backup cycles.

The client retains its lawful original assets, data, and domain rights. The handoff can include those materials, agreed exports, the project folder, and client-owned provider accounts. Under the new continuity agreement, Breauti-built projects also include access to project-specific source and recovery instructions; project-specific code is assigned and shared Breauti components are licensed for the project at handoff. Live secrets are not placed in the package. Older signed agreements keep their own code terms unless both parties sign a replacement. Independent paid escrow is included only if separately named and priced in the signed scope.

Canceling ongoing care does not cancel or refund a separate launch or build cost, completed work, accrued fees, authorized third-party costs, or remaining obligations under an accepted launch-payment plan. The immediate-cancellation proration applies only to the unused portion of the recurring ongoing-care charge. A verified duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrectly calculated charge will still be investigated and corrected.

Before an automatic renewal begins, Breauti provides the recurring price, interval, renewal terms, and cancellation method and obtains express authorization. Breauti sends or makes available a durable confirmation and will provide renewal reminders, fee-change notices, and material-term notices when applicable law requires them.

Consumers in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may have a statutory withdrawal period for eligible distance contracts. Before starting a service during that period, Breauti will request any express instruction and acknowledgment required by law. If the consumer validly withdraws after requesting an early start, the consumer may owe a proportionate amount for service already supplied; the right can be lost after full performance only when the legal conditions are met. Digital content and business-to-business arrangements can follow different rules.

Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or other consumer right available under applicable law. A signed engagement may provide more favorable terms.
